A difficult thing

20/11/2019：I went to the office where was located in the northeast of Kanto region. There were some problems and I was required to solve them. It is always difficult to do it because most of the cases that things won't work well resulted from the problem of the human resourses, such as indecisive, discord and mistake. A person can't change his or her wrong behavier so soon. If I told him about his mistake which related from his character, I would not be able to get through. Most of the people dislike being pointed out his wrong one. So I always try not to point out it and say it indirectry. That is one of my ABC to make it.
